Terms of Use – Simplifika Post

PRONTOSITE ARTE COMPUTADORIZADA E SERVIÇO DE INFORMAÇÃO LTDA, registered under Brazilian CNPJ No. 21.209.071/0001-79, headquartered in the City of Rio de Janeiro, State of Rio de Janeiro, as the owner and operator of the Simplifika Post application/platform, establishes these Terms of Use to govern registered users' (“Users”) access to and use of the tool for scheduling and publishing content on social media.

1. Purpose

Simplifika Post provides an online tool for scheduling and automatically publishing content on social media through a secure OAuth 2.0 authentication connection with platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, and Gemini.

Simplifika Post is not responsible for hosting, displaying, or interactions with published content. Its role is strictly technical and limited to scheduling and executing posts.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

By creating an account and using the platform, the User declares that they have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms.

Use of the platform constitutes automatic and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions.

3. Responsibility for Content

The User is solely responsible for all content scheduled and published through Simplifika Post.

The User must comply with the usage and community policies of each connected social network.

Simplifika Post is not responsible for:

• Illegal, offensive, political, sexual, or discriminatory content, or content that infringes copyright;
• Penalties, suspensions, or removals imposed by the platforms;
• Financial losses or moral or reputational damages arising from the User's publications.

4. Misuse and Penalties

Using the platform for the following purposes is strictly prohibited:

• Sending spam or mass automated messages;
• Violating third-party rights;
• Attempting reverse engineering or using unauthorized external automations.

Noncompliance will result in the immediate deletion of the account without prior notice and without the right to a refund.

5. Plans, Payments, and Cancellation

Services are provided under monthly and annual plans, with payment by credit card.

Annual plans include a promotional discount and automatic renewal.

Cancellation may be requested at any time, with no refund for periods already paid.

Payments are securely processed by partner payment providers. An electronic invoice is issued for all services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Simplifika Post acts as a technology intermediary and is not responsible for:

• Failures or unavailability of external APIs;
• Scheduling errors caused by third-party instability;
• Any indirect damage, loss of profits, or business interruption.

7. Account Termination

Simplifika Post may terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, without prior notice and without a refund.

8. Changes to the Terms

This document may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes automatic acceptance of the new conditions.

9. Venue and Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, especially the LGPD. The courts of the Judicial District of Rio de Janeiro, State of Rio de Janeiro, are elected as the exclusive venue.
